Core agreements

• Business usePrivaSearch is intended for organisations, not for consumers. Access is by invitation: we set up the environment per organisation.
• Price per organisationOne amount per organisation per month, not per user, excluding VAT. After a demo you receive a fixed proposal in which the subscription and the one-off set-up are shown separately. See the pricing page.
• InvoicingThe set-up fee is invoiced on signing, the subscription annually in advance — or monthly, at a surcharge.
• Term and terminationThe contract term is twelve months. After that, the agreement can be terminated monthly.
• Data processing agreement includedBecause we process documents on your behalf, every agreement comes with a data processing agreement. What it contains.
• Cloud serviceWe take care of hosting, updates and security; you do not install or manage anything yourself. What runs where and which parties are involved is set out in the overview of sub-processors.
